This Privacy Policy explains how My Visa Academy Limited, a company incorporated in New Zealand ("MVA", "we", "us"), collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information through the website at www.myvisaacademy.com.au and our online courses.

(e) Technical information, including IP address, browser information, device information, cookies and similar technologies collected automatically when you use the Website.

2. WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT

We are an education provider only. MVA is not designed to collect, store, process, assess or review information relating to individual immigration matters.

You must not upload, transmit, submit or send to MVA any:

(a) passport or travel document;

(b) identity document;

(c) visa application or immigration application;

(d) refusal decision, cancellation decision or review decision;

(e) supporting evidence or supporting documents;

(f) personal statement, statutory declaration or witness statement;

(g) health information, criminal history information or other sensitive personal information; or

(h) personal case file or details of your individual immigration circumstances.

If such information is submitted to MVA, you acknowledge and agree that MVA is under no obligation to review, consider, respond to, retain, assess or act upon that information. Such information may be deleted without notice and without being reviewed.

3. HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use personal information only to:

(a) create and administer user accounts and provide course access;

(b) process payments, refunds and account administration;

(c) respond to support requests;

(d) send service communications relating to purchases, accounts and course access;

(e) send marketing and promotional communications where permitted by law, which you may unsubscribe from at any time;

(f) operate, secure, maintain and improve the Website and Course Materials; and

(g) comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

4. DISCLOSURE

We disclose personal information only where reasonably necessary to operate the Website, process purchases and deliver Course Materials.

We may disclose personal information to trusted third-party service providers including:

(a) Course MLS Platform or any successor course hosting platform;

(b) Stripe or other payment processing providers;

(c) email service providers;

(d) analytics and website performance providers;

(e) cloud hosting and technology infrastructure providers; and

(f) other service providers reasonably required to operate the Website and Course Materials.

We may also disclose personal information:

(g) where required or authorised by law;
